Was it worth it when it was seen
What became of their dream?

They dreamt in hovels, in shacks, then rose:
As one in great revololution…
Their lives they lost as their battle was won
But fate was to dole out retribution…

The dream they made was crude displayed
As bad as what they destroyed before…
The reality but a shadow of what they fought for
