Its been a busy few months, with work once again accepted for the Whisper n Thunder ezine, also for Atomic Publishings new issue online and another couple of sites expressing intrest in publishing writings on their sites and ezines.
Fermoy Poetry Festival
Ran by the Elbow Lane Poets, the Fermoy Poetry Festival is featuring a wide range of international poets including Kosovos Fehredin Shehu, and I hope to make their company and have some photos and stories to tell, and to take part in any open mics or writing sessions that are going on down there.
Poets for Change
The Tullamore Rhymers Club are in preparatory stages for a Workers Culture Festival to co-incide with the 100,000 Poets for Chjange event, and it is hoped to have Kevin Higgins down to read from his book Mentioning the War and to discuss poetry and left wing politics.
Readings from the Pallet
No date has been set for this years event in Banaghers annual poetry festival night, but it is hoped I will get there along with other members of the Rhymers Club.
